5 signs that your car brakes are bad

Car brakes are considered one of the most important technical and mechanical parts of the car, and there are many problems that may occur as a result of damage to the car’s brakes, and you must not be complacent with any problem related to it to protect yourself from certain disasters.

The most common car brake failures and their solutions can be identified in the following lines.

1 - The brakes are not responding

The driver presses his foot on the brake, only to find that it does not respond and thus the car does not stop. The reason here is the brake oil, as it is expected that the oil tank is empty, or there is a leak in one of the tubes for the brake oil cycle.

2 - One tire stops before the other

You notice when pressing the brakes that the car deviates, in this case there is excess air that has entered the brake circuit in the link leading to the tire.

3 - Press the brakes hard

If you apply pressure on the brakes and find them hard or ossified, the reason is an internal oil leak. Which results in a lack of smoothness by pressing the brakes.

4 - Apply maximum pressure on the brakes to slow down

When you find yourself needing to stretch your leg as far as possible to press the brakes, in this case you must know that the problem is that the life of the brake pads or brake fluid has expired.

5 - Overheating of the brakes

Especially driving in summer times, the brakes may heat up to a high degree, sticking with them to the central cylinder of the “disc” tire, so continuous and strong pressure on the brakes may lead to disengaging them and freeing them from adhesion.
